We want you to be satisfied with Ergon Chat. That's why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers.
7-Day Refund Window
When are refunds available?
You may request a full refund if:
• You are a new subscriber (first-time payment)
• Your request is made within 7 days of your first successful payment
• You have not made significant use of the platform
The 7-day period begins from the date your first payment is confirmed.
What is "Significant Use"?
We consider usage significant if you have:
• Generated more than 5 customized resumes
• Completed more than 2 hours of interview simulation
• Actively used features over multiple days
This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to be fair — if you gave the product an honest try and it doesn't work for you, we'll process the refund.
When Refunds Are NOT Available
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
• After 7 days: The refund window has closed
• Significant usage: You have substantially used the platform
• Renewal payments: Only the first payment is eligible; subsequent renewals are not refundable
• Abuse: Account was used for prohibited activities or terms violations
• Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us, we will contest it

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
1. Email us at gabrielp.ribeiro1996@gmail.com
2. Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
3. Include:
• Your account email address
• Date of payment
• Reason for the request (optional but helpful)
Response Time: We will respond within 48 hours on business days.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via Stripe. The time to appear in your account depends on your bank.
What Happens After a Refund
When a refund is processed:
• Your subscription is immediately canceled
• Access to premium features is revoked
• Your account remains active but in free/unsubscribed state
• You can subscribe again in the future if you wish
Note: Refunds are processed through Stripe. The original payment method will be credited.
Subscription Cancellation (Without Refund)
If you are outside the refund window but want to cancel your subscription:
• Go to your Billing Settings in the dashboard
• Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal
• Cancel your subscription
Cancellation:
• Stops future automatic renewals
• Does not provide a refund for the current period
• Maintains your access until the end of the paid period
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card.
If a chargeback is filed:
• We will provide evidence to contest the dispute
• This may result in your account being permanently suspended
• It makes future transactions with us more difficult
